【STORY】カウンターテーブルリメイク☆実店舗準備中☆Makeover the table

このところ、実店舗になる場所をDIYでお直し中。
すべて手作業なので、スローペースではありますが少しずつ進んでます！
Hello, everyone!
I've started DIY for changing interior of the store these days!
Only handiwork alone (well, sometimes with helps by my husband),
takes some times for its process, but going forward anyhow!
元々ありましたコチラのカウンターテーブル。
焦げ茶具合がちょっとイメージと違うので色を変えようと思います！
This dark-brown counter table is too dark for my shop!
BEFORE
ややグレーの入った白いペンキを使用。
気に入っている板目を残したかったので、ペンキをべったり塗るのではなく、
水で薄めて塗っていきました。
片手に刷毛、もう片一方には古布を。
水で薄めたペンキを刷毛で塗り、古布でやさしく拭く。
好みの濃さになるまで、その工程を繰り返します。
それでできあがったのが、コチラ。
Using grayish white paint this time.
For remaining vein, I added water to the paint.
The brash in one hand, and the old cloth in another hand.
Painting the reduced paint by the brush, and wiping softly by the cloth.
Then, the finished.
AFTER
透け感のあるホワイトに仕上げました☆
Translucent white!
これだけではなく、これにもうひと手間かけます！
ここで登場！ステンシル☆
先日のステンシル・テンプレートを使ってステンシルして行きます♪
And then, the stencil work finished this project!
It's time for using the template on the last post!
道具は、これだけ。Tools are only these!
スポンジと事務用のインクパッド。たまたま事務所にあった物を使用しました。
Sponge and stamp pad!
ステンシルしたい場所に薄く記しを付けて、テンプレートをマスキングテープで固定します。
あとはトントンとステンシルするだけです！
完成したのがコチラ。
